It takes approximately 1 hour to test all of the following fitness components:

Personal Training

It is imperative that you have a plan when it comes to your exercise routine, your diet, your health and even the design and equipment selection for your home gym. We have been there and done it all and can help you find the most efficient, cost effective, simple way of reaching your objectives.

  • 45 Minute Sessions

Customized Work-out Programs (Gym & Home Gym)

Our programs are an extension of the quality and care we put into every client.  We recommend meeting for a FREE Consultation to establish your Health and Fitness goals and objectives.  Then we construct a program that will ensure you reach your goals.  It will take approximately 4 Workout Sessions to ensure you have learned the program correctly. We have created programs for:

  • People with Gym Memberships

  • Participants Improving Strength

Neighborhood Fitness Program

Our Neighborhood Program encourages you to choose up to ten of your favorite friends to work out with.  All you need to do is walk out your front door and your trainer will be there to provide your group with a full hour of exercises that will:

  • Strengthen your heart and muscles 
  • Improve balance, coordination and flexibility 

The best thing of all is that we teach you how to use your natural environment for an incredible workout that you can rely on. 

 

 Cardiac Rehabilitation Program
